(not including the substation), for the Río Quilio 2 project.

(b) supply and delivery of equipment ranging from the guard valve to the
substation connection (not including the substation), for the Río Cuyamel
(Las Champas) project.

9. Additional information: The award and signature of this contract are
subject to an addendum extending the budget and the implementation period
for agreement HNDB7-3100/IB/99/0129 being authorised and signed.
The supplies contract cannot be awarded unless this addendum is signed; no
action can be taken against the contracting authority in the event of it
not being signed. Should the addendum be signed, potential tenderers will
be informed immediately.
10. Legal basis: Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 18.12.2006, establishing a financing instrument for
development cooperation. Financing agreement HNDB7-3100/IB/99/0129
'Autonomous generation and rational use of electrical power: putting
