INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER N°012/F/2008 - I/ELECTROGAZ/RPPA

TITLE: ACQUISITION OF INDUSTRIAL WATER METERS AND
ADAPTERS WITH BRIDLES FOR ELECTROGAZ

FINANCING: ELECTROGAZ

The Rwanda Public Procurement Authority in collaboration with Electrogaz hereby invites international sealed bids from eligible bidders for Industrial water meters and adapters with bridles for ELECTROGAZ.
The Tender is in 2 distinct lots:

Lot 1: Industrial water meter(PN 16 bars)
Lot 2:Adapters for franged and Bolts.

Participation is open on equal conditions to individuals and companies specialised in the field.
The Tender documents can be obtained from the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority office BP. 4276, Tel.(250)501403/03/04/05, Fax: (250)501402 Kigali, from 29/04/ 2008 upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of a non refundable fee of thirty thousand Rwanda francs (Rwf 30 000) or its equivalent in any convertible currency on the account N° 120.00.61 labelled «NTB Produits Ventes diverses» opened at the «Banque Nationale du Rwanda», P.O. Box 531 Kigali, Tel (250) 574282, Fax (250) 572551.

Interested prospective bidders may obtain further information at the address of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority not later than 28 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.
Well printed bids, prepared in French or in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid security issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company of one million Rwanda Francs (Rwf 1000000) for each lot or the equivalent in any freely convertible currency and must reach in sealed envelopes the Director of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority not later than 13/06/2008 at 9:00 local time or 7:00 GMT. Poorly presented bids will be rejected.

Copies shall be put into an envelope called «inner envelope» bearing the name and the address of the bidder. This envelope shall be put into another one called «outer envelope» marked as follows:
