1. The Government of Rwanda has obtained a loan from African Development Bank to fund the Cost of “Dairy Cattle Development Support Project ».] It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for acquisition of Hormons, Bovine Semens and Vaccins as presented in the following lots:

Box : 4276 Kigali Tel.: +250 501403 / 501405, Fax: +250 501402, located at Avenue de la Paix, from 29/04/2008 after presentation of a deposit slip of non-refundable amount of fifty thousand rwandan francs (FRW 50 000), deposited on the account N° 120.00.61 " NTB, Produits ventes diverses" opened at the National Bank of Rwanda or the exchange-value in a freely convertible currency.
The interested bidders may obtain further information from the same address .
3.Well printed bids presented in English or French language and properly bound must be delivered to the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority, P.O.BOX 4276 Kigali, Avenue de la paix, tel +250- 501403, fax +250- 501402 not later than 17/06/2008 and must be accompanied by a bid security for each lot of two million five hundred thousand Rwandan francs
(FRW 2 500 000) or in any other freely convertible currency as follows.

Lot 2 : 2 500 000 FRW
Lot 3 : 2 500 000 FRW

4. Bids will be opened at The Rwanda Public Procurement Authority conference hall on 17/06/2008 at 10:00 local time or 8:00 GMT in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.

5. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission
