SUBJECT: SUPPLY OF DRUGS TO “LA RWANDAISE D’ASSURANCE MALADIE, RAMA”

The Rwanda Public Procurement in collaboration with “Rwandaise d’Assurance Maladie, RAMA” hereby invites you to present your best offer in response to Tender Notice to supply 621 pharmaceutical products as presented in technical specifications contained in the Tender Document.

Participation in this bidding is open on equal terms and conditions for all companies invited to tender.

The tender document will be obtained from the Rwanda public procurement authority secretariat, B.P. 4276 Kigali, Tel: 501403/04/05, Fax: 501402 from 21/05/2008 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non refundable fee of twenty five thousand Rwanda Francs
(25 000 RWF) on the account N° 120.00.61 labelled “NTB Produits Ventes diverses” opened at the “Banque Nationale du Rwanda” P.O Box 531 Tel: (250) 574282, Fax: (250) 572551.

Any information regarding this tender will be obtained by any interested eligible bidder through a written letter addressed to the RPPA on the address mentioned above no later than 28 days before the deadline for submission of bids.

A complete set of well printed bidding documents in French or in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equal to 2% of the total amount which must reach in sealed envelops the Director of Rwanda public procurement authority at the address mentioned above not later than 08/07/2008 at 09: 00hrs local time prompt
