INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER N° 028/F/2008 - I/ELECTROGAZ/RPPA

TITLE: ACQUISITION OF TEN ELECTROLYSERS FOR ELECTROGAZ

FINANCING: ELECTROGAZ

The Rwanda Public Procurement Authority in collaboration with Electrogaz hereby invites international sealed bids from eligible bidders for Acquisition of ten (10) electrolysers- for ELECTROGAZ.

The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.
Participation is open on equal conditions to individuals and companies specialised in the field.

The Tender documents can be obtained from the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority office P.O box. 4276, Tel.(250)501403/03/04/05, Fax: (250)501402 Kigali-Rwanda, located at “avenue de la Paix”, from 16/05/2008 upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of a non refundable fee of thirty thousand Rwanda francs(30 000) or its equivalent in any convertible currency paid to the account N° 120.00.61 labelled “ NTB Produits Ventes diverses” opened at the “Banque Nationale du Rwanda”(BNR). Interested prospective bidders may obtain further information at the address of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority not later than 28 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.

Well printed bids, prepared in French or in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total amount of the bid issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company. Bids must reach in sealed envelopes the Director of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority not later than 08/07/2008 at 9:00 local time or 7:00 GMT. Poorly presented bids will be rejected.

Copies shall be put into an envelope called” inner envelope” bearing the name and the address of the bidder. This envelope shall be put into another one called”outer envelope” marked, in addition to the tender reference number, as follows:
