Scope of Contract: Renovation of existing main building of the University of Health Sciences which included:

(i) Structure work such as slab replacement, construction of new roof, new under roof stair, canopy, concrete counter, fire escape stair.

(ii) Internal work such as electricity, sanitary, telephone, communication, built in furniture, renovation to floor, wall, door, window, ceiling, stair and toilets.

(iii) External work such as septic system, drainage system, underground water tank and water pump.

2. RULE OF AWARD

Award is made to the Bidder whose Bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the Bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated Bid price, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be eligible and qualified to perform the Contract satisfactory.
