Scope of contract: The Advisor will advise and assist MCA-Armenia in auditing and coordinating design consultants, packaging and sequencing of contracts that best leverages linkages within individual schemes, providing quality assurance and control of construction implementation, and completion of projects.

Duration: From 24 July, 2008 until September 30, 2011.
