Name of Project: Millennium Challenge Account Armenia Program

Contract description: Farming Practices Survey MCA/EaM/FPS/2008

Winning Consultant: Jen Financial, Engineering and Management Consulting and Areg NGO (Sub-consultant)

Contract Price: AMD 122,664,000

Scope of contract: In the scope of the Contract the Consultant’s key responsibility will include the administration of the farmer and village mayor surveys. In addition, the Consultant will be responsible for such tasks as minor review of the 2007 questionnaire and pretest of the revised questionnaire, pretest of the village mayor questionnaire, sample verification including the identification of the locating status of previous respondents, data processing and preparation of data files documentation, and other related tasks.

The Consultant will have primary responsibility for developing a series of approaches and/or methodologies for collecting and storing data, but will work closely with MCA-Armenia and MPR throughout the development of these approaches. The work will involve travel within Armenia and regular communication with MCA-Armenia and MPR.

Duration: From 10 September 2008 until 30 September 2011
