Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia Program
Interim Procurement Plan
I. General

1. Project information:
The Government of Armenia (GoAM) has entered into a Compact with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) that will provide a grant of USD 235,650,000 to enable the GoAM to implement a program to stimulate growth and reduce poverty. To implement this program a portion of the proceeds will be applied to procure goods, works, related services, and consulting services.

All procurements financed by the grant will be conducted according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the Procurement Agreement between the Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia State Non Commercial Organization on behalf of GoAM and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Contractors and consultants from eligible source countries as defined in the Procurement Agreement are invited to participate.

Specific procurement notices for contracts to be tendered under the competitive bidding procedures and for consultants’ contracts will be announced on the Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia Website at www.mca.am, the Development Gateway Market website at www.dgmarket.com (dgMarket) and the United Nations Development Business online website at www.devbusiness.com (UNDB Online), in a daily newspaper of wide circulation in Armenia.
