NATIONAL OPEN TENDER NOTICE N° 202/RRA/2008 FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AN X-RAY INSPECTION SCANNER FOR BAGGAGES (Appropriate for airport purpose)

Rwanda Revenue Authority wishes to procure an x-ray inspection scanner baggage to be delivered and installed at the customs offices located at Kigali International Airport.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and tender document from Rwanda Revenue Authority, Head of Procurement Section, 4th floor, B.P 3987 Kigali Email: procurement@rra.gov.rw Tel (250) 595508, (250) 595595, (250) 595598 or 595596 from September 26th, 2008 after payment of 3600 Rwf non reimbursable fees at RRA non fiscal office located in town opposite the post office.

Well printed bids, a complete set of bidding documents in French or English language, properly and presented in four copies, one of which is the original and three are copies, must reach the Commissioner General of Rwanda Revenue Authority not later than October 25th 2008 at 13h30. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representative who choose to attend on October 25th 2008 14h30 Hrs, local time at Rwanda Revenue Authority, Human Resources and Administration conference room.

Copies shall be put into an envelope called inner envelope bearing the name and the address of the bidder. This envelope shall be put into another one called outer envelope marked as follows:
