The Public Sector Modernisation Division (PSMD) of the Cabinet Office invites individuals/firms to submit proposals to provide technical assistance to:

RFP#2008/010: Support the Development and Implementation of an HR Transition Strategy for the Ministry of Education

RFP#2008/011: Support the Establishment of the new Education Regions and Build Required Technical Capacities within the Regional Education Authorities

RFP #2008/012: Support the Establishment of Technical Capacities for the Operation of the National Education Inspectorate

Details of each engagement are included in the Requests for Proposal (RFP#2008/010 – RFP#2008/012) which may be viewed at the Cabinet Office’s website, http://cabopm.x10hosting.com/ as of Friday, October 3, 2008.

Interested firms/individuals should indicate whether they intend to submit proposal by email to psmd.proc@cabinet.gov.jm or fax 876 960-6443.

The closing date and time for submission of proposals is 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2008.

The tender opening for RFP#2008/010 – RFP#2008/012 is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2008 at 2a Devon Road, Kingston 6 in Conference Room No. 212.

Firms/individuals must submit a Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) with their Technical Proposal.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
