L'Institut National de la Statistique du Rwanda(INSR) porte à la connaissance des garagistes qui ont soumissionne sur ce service, que ce marche a connu des recours d'un certain soumissionnaire (GARAGE FMA) qui n'etait pas d'accord des resultats de l'analyse technique faite. Cependant, le marche reste en suspension en attendant que le probleme souleve soit resolu.
