TENDER NOTICE

Supply and Installation of Emergency Generator to Fair House Building

TENDER NOTICE NO: 214./UF&GRI/09

1.The Ministry of Infrastructure (hereinafter called "Client") has received funds from Government of Rwanda through the ordinary budget. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2.The Ministry of Infrastructure invites qualified bidders
to submit bids for the Supply and Installation of Emergency generator to Fair House Building as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
3.Tender Documents in French or English may be obtained from the Secretary of Internal Tender Committee in MININFRA upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty thousands Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) to Account No: 110.00.00 opened at Banque Nationale du Rwanda (BNR).
4.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day to the Secretary of Internal Tender Committee, Room 502 from 2nd February 2009.
5.All bids "shall" be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of 2 % of total amount of the bid.

7.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretary of Internal Tender Committee, Room 502 at the address mentioned above not later than 4 March 2009 at 9:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected.
8.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in MININFRA, main board room on 18 February 2009 at 10:00 am local time.
9.The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
10.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.
