Referring to the restricted tendering method and letter no152/2009/10/NISR dated 26/03/2009, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda informs all security companies that the tender document is modified as follows:

1. The bid submission is rescheduled on 14th April 2009 at 9:00 hours prompt, local time, 7:00 GMT. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 9:30 hours prompt, local time, 7:30 GMT at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda conference room. This bidding day is modified because the date of bid submission we gave before on 10 April 2009 will be on holiday (Good Friday).

2. In section 7 page 50, the tender document is modified as follows:
