With reference to the letter dated on 07/07/2009 from the client concerning the tender mentioned above, basing on the fact that as per CTB procedures all tenders funded by CTB should be advertised in both newspapers and CTB Website and this should be done on the same day, basing also on the fact that the above tender was not published on CTB website, the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) would like to inform all bidders that this tender is cancelled and will be re-advertised soon.
