SUBJECT: Request for Proposals for the External Audit of the financial Statements of ELECTROGAZ.
ELECTROGAZ has the pleasure to invite Audit firms to audit its financial statements, for the period starting 1st January to 30th June 2009. These assignments will be financed by ELECTROGAZ.
Requests for explanations should be made in writing within ten (10) days starting from the date of receipt of the present letter. ELECTROGAZ would not be committed by explanations or instructions provided verbally before the adjudication of the contract.
Any information / clarifications given to a potential tenderer about a request of clarification will be communicated as an amendment to the other interested Firms.
A Firm will be chosen by the Method based on the Technical Quality and the Cost in accordance with procedures described in the present Request for Proposal (RFP).
With regard to taxes and duties, it is explicitly stipulated that proposals must indicate audit fees with and without tax. The two formats are mandatory. A proposal that doesn’t comply with the above requirements will be deemed as not meeting the conditions set by ELECTROGAZ.
Tender documents shall be available with effect from the 26/06/2009, from the Procurement secretary of ELECTROGAZ, PO. Box 537 Kigali. Phone: 0252573660/ 0252575476; Fax: 5025273802. The Firms that had previously purchased the bid documents will be exempted from purchasing the tender documents if they present evidence of payment.
Interested Firms should submit an original and three (3) copies identical to the original and marked as such by 09:30 am on 28/07/2009 addressed to:
