Technical proposal only


Dear Sir,

Thank you for submitting your technical proposal for the tender /Provide one year service for update, develop a fixed asset register and codify all NISR assets by engraving to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda.

We are pleased to inform you that based on your technical evaluation report and terms of request for proposal, you have been selected during the technical evaluation report.

In the evaluation of technical proposals, BONUS ENTERPRISES LTD scored 82.627%. According to page 18 of Instructions to consultants, Data sheet of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the assignment, the minimum qualifying score is 70%. Therefore the Evaluation Committee proposes that BONUS ENTERPRISES LTD, which scored above the minimum qualifying threshold be considered for the Financial Evaluation, in accordance with Quality and Cost Based Selection Method (QCBS) and procedures described in the Request For Proposal, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement NO 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 and Ministerial Order NO 001/08/10/MIN of 15/01/2008 establishing regulations on public procurement and standard bidding documents.

Therefore, we will invite your company in public opening session of the financial proposal after seven days from receipt of this notification letter.
