TENDER NOTICE NO;04/NOCB/SEC /KIE/2009

TITLE: SECURITY SERVICES.

SOURCE OF FUND: Kigali Institute of Education ordinary budget

CLIENT: Kigali Institute of Education

1. The Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) invites National Bidders to tender for Security services at Kigali Institute of Education situated at Remera of Kigali city

2. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding. Tender is open to all bidders registered in Rwanda only and specialized in field of security services.

3. The tender documents can be obtained form Kigali Institute of Education: P.O.BOX 5039 Kigali-Rwanda, Tel: 55100591/513710, from the procurement unit office.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) through a written letter addressed to the Vice Rector Administration and Finance not letter than 15 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at Kigali institute of Education (KIE) from the procurement unit office, on presentation of a bank slip as a proof of payment of a non refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan francs only (20,000) paid on account NO;120.00.46 (Rwanda Revenue Authority) opened in the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).Description for payment should be tender document for security services.

6. Well printed bids in English language, properly bond and presented in four copies, one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of One Million Rwandan francs only. (1,000,000' frw) issued by bank or registered insurance company must reach, in sealed envelop, The Vice-Rector Administration and Finance of the Kigali Institute of Education (Attention Procurement officer) not later than August 06, 2009 at 08:30 am. Bid documents shall be put into an envelope called "inner envelop" marked as follows:

The opening of bids shall take place in Public Session Oil the same day August 26, 2009 at 3:00 pm in the conference room of Kigali institute of Education (KIE) located near the Procurement Unit Office.
