Reference to the letter no 010/2009-962/RPPA on 30/06/2009 from the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority requested every procuring entity to give the Procurement Plan for the period July 2009 to June 2010 in accordance with article 2 of the Ministerial order no 001/08/10/MIN of 15th January 2008, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda is pleased to present to you the procurement plan for the period July 2009 to June 2010 and the procurement plan for the first quarter ( from July to September 2009) .
