Reference to the letter no 010/2008-023/RPPA on 17/04/2008 from the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority requested every procuring entity to give a monthly progress report on the implementation of the Procurement Plan in accordance with articles 2, 3, 9 and 10 of the Ministerial order no 001/08/10/MIN of 15th January 2008, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda is pleased to present to you the report on the monthly progress report /July 2009 for the execution of the procurement plan 2009.
