TITLE: TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF 45 RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENTS

The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) hereby invites bidders for the supply of 45 radio communication equipments for park managers in Nyungwe National Park and Volcanoes national Park as well.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all interested firms, companies or agencies specialized in the field through international Open Competitive Bidding with a valid trading license.

The bidder should give the total price all taxes inclusive (DDP).
Well printed bids prepared in English or French, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, an original and three copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, at the latest on 08 th December 2009 at 9:00 a.m. local time accompanied by a bid guarantee of four hundred thousand Rwanda francs (400 000 Rwf) issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company to the address below.

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission. Late bids will be rejected.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day on 08 th December 2009 at 10:00 a.m. prompt local time, at the Rwanda Development Board “RDB” conference-room.
The condition of contract will follow the general conditions of contract of the standard bidding document available on www.rppa.gov.rw.
