INVITATION TO TENDER NOTICE


PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING FOR THE YEAR 2009/10

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning invites bidders to provide goods and services mentioned below.

The following tenders are available;

Tender No.025/DHRSS/MINECOFIN/BO/2009: Provision of Fixed assets software

Tender No.026/DHRSS/MINECOFIN/BO/2009: Door signage

Tender No.027/DHRSS/MINECOFIN/BO/2009: Telephone calling cards

Tender No.028/DHRSS/MINECOFIN/BO/2009: Printing business cards


Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement office from the 11 / 11 /2009 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of non-refundable fee of five Thousand francs (5.000frw) for each tender number, deposited on the RRA Account and labeled « Invitation to tender notice; Provision of services for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning for the 2009/10» opened at the national bank of Rwanda.

Well printed bids, properly bound in sealed and separated envelopes (Technical and Financial) and presented in three copies, one of which is labeled the original and two copies, labeled «Invitation to tender notice; Provision of services for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning for the 2009/10» must reach the office of the procurement not later than 16/ 12 / 2009 at 10.00 am.
The opening of the envelopes shall take place in public session on the same day at 11h00 in the MINECOFIN boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. Please be informed that late bids will not be accepted.
