NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE NO: 022/F/ISAE/2009

TITLE OF TENDER: SUPPLY OF GOWNS FOR GRADUATION CEREMONY

SOURCE OF FUND: ISAE/ORDINARY BUDGET

CLIENT: HIGHER INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY (ISAE)

1. The Higher Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (ISAE) invites Bidders to tender for the supply of Gowns for Graduation Ceremony.

2. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding. Tender is open to all bidders specialized in field of supplying Gowns.

3. The tender documents can be obtained from ISAE BUSOGO: P.O.BOX 210 MUSANZE, Tel:
55101830/55102939, from the procurement unit office.

4. Interested eligible bidders , may obtain further information at the ISAE BUSOGO through a written letter addressed to the Vice Rector Administration and Finance not letter than 15 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders at ISAE BUSOGO from the procurement unit office, on presentation of a bank slip as a proof of payment of a non refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan francs only (5.000 Rwf) paid on account NO 120.00.46 (Rwanda Revenue Authority) opened in the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).Description for payment should be "tender document for supply of gowns.

6. Well printed bids, properly bond and presented in four copies, one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five hundred Rwandan francs only (500.000 Rwf) issued by bank or registered insurance company must reach, in sealed envelop the Procurement Officer of ISAE not latter than November 24, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Bid documents shall be put into an envelope called "inner envelop" marked as follow:
