TENDER N° 1443/ NCB/ F/ RARDA / 09-10

TITLE :SUPPLY OF PASTURE SEEDS


FINANCING :ORDINARY BUDGET


RWANDA ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (RARDA) invites for sealed bids from specialized bidders to tender for supply of Pasture seeds. The tender comprises as one (1) lot.

Tender Document in English may be obtained from RARDA P.O BOX 804 Kigali Tel: +250 5510 6073/ 5510 9814, located at RUBIRIZI (Kigali City), from 28th December 2009, upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of a non refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10 000) on the account N˚120.00.46” RRA” opened at the “National Bank of Rwanda”. Interested prospective bidders may obtain further information from RARDA address mentioned above.
The interested bidders can find enough information at the same address.
Well printed bids, a complete set of bidding documents in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must reach, in sealed envelopes, Rwanda Animal Resources Development Authority (RARDA), PO Box 804 Kigali Tel: +250 5510 6073/ 5510 9814, located at RUBIRIZI (Kigali City), not later than 19th February 2010 at 10h00 local time and must be accompanied by a guarantee equivalent to 2% of the total amount of the offer, with other administrative documents mentioned in the tender document.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same day in the meeting room of RARDA at 10h30.
