N°013/F/2010-I/MINISANTE/RPPA
TITLE OF THE TENDER: SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

SOURCE OF FUNDING: Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI)

CLIENT: MINISTRY OF HEALTH/ MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH PROJECT

The Rwanda Public Procurement Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Health hereby invites national and international qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of Medical Equipment as indicated in detail in the schedule of requirements.

This tender consists of one indivisible lot : Supply of medical equipment

Prospective bidders may obtain the tender document from Rwanda Public Procurement Authority office P.O Box 4276, Tel, (250) 252 501 404 Fax, (250) 252 501402 Kigali Rwanda, from Wednesday 3rd February 2010 upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF) or equivalent in convertible currency paid to the account N° 120.00.46 labelled” RRA” opened at the National Bank of Rwanda or in RRA branches of Kigali city, Nyabugogo, Kacyiru and Remera.

Well printed bids, prepared in English or French language, properly bound and presented in four copies, one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a bid security of one million Rwanda Francs (1,000,000Rwf) or the equivalent in any freely convertible currency, issued by a bank or a registered insurance company must reach the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority not later than 23rd March 2010 at 9:00 a.m. local time (7:00 GMT)

The opening of bids will take place in public session on the same day at 10:00 a.m. local time (8:00 GM.T) at the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority conference.
