Reference is made to the National Open Competitive Bidding NO018/F/2009-NO/DAF DEPARTMENT/NISR/ORDINARY BUDGET, BASKET FUND and other budgets allocated to NISR dated on 29/10/2009 published in the newspaper imvaho nshya NO1935 from 02 to 04 November 2009 related to provide one year service of sourcing of Restaurants, Hotels and Motels to supply mineral water, coffee break, lunch to all participants during the conferences organized at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda conference room for the period of one year starting the date of its signing by the two contracting parts;

Reference is made to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda Internal Tender Committee’s evaluation report made on 29/12/2009 on the aforementioned tender;

We are pleased to inform you that you won definitely tender related to provide one year service of sourcing of Restaurants, Hotels and Motels to supply mineral water, coffee break, lunch to all participants during the conferences organized at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda conference room for the period of one year starting the date of its signing by the two contracting parts on the attached list of unit prices included all taxes and VAT of 18% according to the procedures described in the Request For Proposal NO018/F/2009-NO/DAF DEPARTMENT/NISR/ORDINARY BUDGET, BASKET FUND and other budgets allocated to NISR dated on 29/10/2009 published in the newspaper imvaho nshya NO1935 from 02 to 04 November 2009, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement NO 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 and Ministerial Order NO 001/08/10/MIN of 15/01/2008 establishing regulations on public procurement and standard bidding documents.

I hold to inform you that the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda will invite you to sign a contract after present a performance security for one year period equivalent of Rfw 200,000 issued by a bank or Insurance company according to the attached performance security model. All other kinds of performance security shall not be accepted.
