TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT, GLASSWARE AND REAGENTS FOR THE SOIL & PLANT LABORATORY AT ISAR - RUBONA.

The “Institut des Sciences Agronomiques du Rwanda” (ISAR) calls for bid for the supply and installation of laboratory equipment, glassware and reagents.

The Tender comprises two lots:

LOT 01 : Supply and installation of laboratory equipment and glassware
LOT 02 : Supply of laboratory reagents

The tender is open to all companies who are specialised in supplying the products mentioned above.
Tender documents can be obtained at the Secretariat of ISAR, located at 47 Rue Député KAMUZINZI, KIYOVU (KIGALI), on presentation of a bank receipt for the deposit of a non refundable amount of Five thousand Rwandan francs (5 000 Frw) on the account N° 120.23.95 “ISAR Centrale des Graines Forestières” opened at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).
Bid documents correctly typewritten and bound, in four (4) copies including an original, on risk of being rejected, in a well sealed envelope, will be deposited before the 15/03/2010 at 10:30 hrs (local time) at the Secretariat of ISAR, located at 47 Rue Député KAMUZINZI, KIYOVU (KIGAL)I and must be accompanied by a bid bond of Rwf 1,800,000 or equivalent for the lot number one, Rwf 670,000 or equivalent for the lot number two. The bid bond must be delivered by an acceptable Bank or Insurance Company, on risk of being rejected.
Bid documents must be written in English or in French.

The bids will remain valid for a period of 90 days from the day of opening.
Bids will be opened the same day at 10:45 hrs in the Meeting Room of ISAR Head Office/ Kigali.
