TITLE OF THE TENDER: SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF LABORATORY
CONSUMABLES AND APPARATUS FOR RWANDA BUREAU OF STANDARDS
TENDER NUMBER: 003/F/10-N/RBS
FINANCING: RWANDA BUREAU OF STANDARDS

Rwanda Bureau of Standards invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and commissioning of Laboratory consumables and apparatus as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents written in English and French may be obtained from the secretariat office of
Rwanda Bureau of Standards P.O. Box: 7099 Kigali-Rwanda, Tel. 0252586103, Fax: 252583305, located at Kicukiro-Centre from 1st March 2010, upon presentation of a deposit slip of non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 RWF) to Rwanda Revenue Authority.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) Rwanda Francs or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to The Director General of Rwanda Bureau of Standards.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original shall reach the secretariat office of Rwanda Bureau of Standards at the address mentioned above not later than 15th April 2010 at 9.30 am local time prompt. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 a.m. prompt (local time) at the Rwanda Bureau of Standards conference room.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.
