Reference is made to the National Open Competitive Bidding NO008/F/2010-NO/DAF & DSS UNIT/NISR/ORDINARY BUDGET AND R-DHS-IV, 2010 BUDGET TO THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS OF RWANDA dated on 18/03/2010 published in the newspaper Imvaho Nshya no 1976 from 25 to 28 March 2010 on ‘’S’’ page;

Reference is made to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda Internal Tender Committee’s evaluation report made on 28/04/2010 on the aforementioned tender;

I regret to bring to your attention that your offer relating to supply of office stationary for three (3) months and materials for field works/R-DHS IV, 2010 to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda was not successful according to the procedures described in the Request For Proposal NO008/F/2010-NO/DAF & DSS UNIT/NISR/ORDINARY BUDGET and R-DHS-IV, 2010 BUDGET dated on 18/03/2010 published in the newspaper Imvaho Nshya no 1976 from 25 to 28 March 2010 on ‘’S’’ page.

Your offer was putted in the evaluation by the NISR Internal Tender Committee and had found that all the required administrative documents such as bid guarantee and so on were provided, and technically you fulfill the requirements of the tender document and financially, your company is in the second position for lot number one (1) and lot number two (2).

We are pleased to inform you the NISR Internal Tender Committee are at your disposal and you have seven days (7) in which to lodge a protest, if any, before a contract is signed with the successful bidder.
