- The firm must have provided the same services or similar services, Proof of service or certificates of service and should be familiar with Africa. The firm must have at least 5 years experience in similar services.

iii. Availability of relevant knowledge among staff:

- Set up of the firm (Management structure)
- Experience in tourism and conservation sector, qualification, and knowledge of English language.
- Availability of skills (at least two experts with knowledge in tourism and conservation sector)
